"If you're tired of going to courses that are "all talk" and no results, go the the AAOM Mexico Prolotherapy workshop. I have a few years of experience doing prolotherapy, and my productivity doing prolotherapy more than doubled after returning from the workshop. It is an invaluable experience to work alongside other physicians who use prolotherapy. I learned new techniques and was able to fine tune the skills I already had. The lectures, which are excellent thanks to the knowledge base of the accomplished AAOM faculty, are far more profound in a course like this where you actually perform prolotherapy on real patients. If you have not attended this course, it is a must for physicians who practice prolotherapy."

"To say that doing the mission is life changing would be selling it short. These missions, combining the camaraderie of excellent doctors, the transfer of skills from one doctor to another, and seeing the relief of suffering patients whom we treat is a feeling that is indescribably good. It's what we all went into medicine to do. - To help people indiscriminately - with no concern about ability to pay or insurance. Both Genny and I thoroughly enjoyed our week of work and late nights. Genny, who is fluent in Spanish, served as my translator, helping me and the other doctors with patients. She soon became popular and I had to fight for her services since she was being called in all directions. She loved every minute of it as did I, and we are now planning another mission. I made a lot of new friends in that week and I'm sure, in the years to come, will become even better friends with these new friends. I thoroughly enjoy these types of programs, and AAOM does it well. AAOM is an organization I am proud to be a member of and an active participant. I would recommend the Mexico mission to any physician who doesn't mind hard work, combined with a great learning experience and patient care. You will go back to your practice with a renewed sense of self-worth and pride. You can't put a price on that."
