Required Travel & Housing Information

The information requested below is required in order for you to travel on Puerto Vallarta with the AAOM Brigade. Please be as specific as possible to ensure we make accurate lodging arrangements for you.

When making your travel plans, please ensure you arrive in time to attend the Sunday education, and make your departure plans to attend the full training. CME is based on your attendance throughout the entire schedule.

Housing arrangements are being arranged through CUMDA and must be prepaid to secure your required room nights and room type.

The form below will be used specifically for a six night stay, August 31 to September 6. If you require a longer stay, select the number of nights needed as an add-on. We will do our best to secure your desired number of room nights. After you select the room nights, you will be given the option to select room type. Keep in mind, this is an all-inclusive, adults only resort. Each person traveling will have a fee attached for food/beverage/resort access.

  • Single Room (Just you in the room): US $169/night

  • Double Room (You and another participant or spouse/guest): US $225.27/night

  • Triple Room (You and two other participants or spouse/guest) US $337.90/night

Follow these instructions:

  • Click the first option of “6 Nights” to request your stay from August 31 with a departure of September 6.

  • Select the number of people who will be included in your reservation. As a reminder, this is important as wrist bands for the all-inclusive will be provided only to those on the reservation.

  • Select the number of additional nights to secure if you plan on extending your stay on either side of the brigade dates (before August 31 or after September 6)

  • Select the number of people who will be included in the extra days. Wrist band functionality will be based on arrival and departure dates for all parties in your reservation.

AAOM will work with the hotel to secure additional dates, which may be charged at a rate outside the negotiated discount rates. If rooms are not available for your book-end dates, AAOM will refund that portion of your hotel registration.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of any reservations at the hotel are dependent on the time of cancellation and the hotel cancellation policy, which is:

Reservations must be canceled at least 45 days prior to arrival. Rates and spaces are subject to hotel availability. Any cancellation after this time will result in a charge for one night's stay based on the contracted plan. In the event that any of the guests does not show up on the day of arrival and has not canceled their reservation, a no-show charge will apply for the entire stay. The hotel may cancel the group free of charge due to weather conditions, acts of war, acts of God, and any other circumstances not attributable to the natural operation of our facilities.

AAOM is not responsible for the refund of any payment refunds from the hotel.
