Legacy: American Academy of Regenerative Orthopedic Medicine
The American Academy of Regenerative Orthopedic Medicine
The American Academy of Regenerative Orthopedic Medicine (AAROM) was founded in 2009 for the purpose to preserve, advance, and disseminate the knowledge about diagnosis and treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain related to variety of connective tissue diathesis and degenerative or post traumatic conditions treated with Regenerative Reparative modalities and specifically Regenerative Injection Therapy (RIT).
Founding members included: Kenneth Botwin MD, Chris Centeno MD, David Crane MD, Joseph Fortin DO, Felix Linetsky MD, Raul Monzon MD, Sanford Pollak DO, Albert Ray MD, and Peter Taraschi DO.
In efforts to preserve the history of RIT and AAROM, Dr. Linetsky, in 2024, graciously agreed to allow AAOM access to the organization’s depth of information and online properties. You’ll find a wealth of history and resources on regenerative medicine on these pages.
Dr. Linetsky passed away in November 2024.
