AAOM Welcomes Two New IROM-C Members

Two AAOM members recently joined the elite ranks of physicians who can call themselves IROM Certified (IROM-C) by the AAOM. IROM-C is a proprietary, industry-leading program of the AAOM that establishes a minimum competency for physicians in the field of Interventional Regenerative Orthopedic Medicine. Each inductee completed the requirements to pass program standards during the week of September 2, 2024, at the AAOM's joint mission with CUMDA in Cancún, Mexico.

Albert J "AJ" Barrett, DO, MBA, FAAOM, R-MSK

Roman Elinson, MD, FAAOM

As a result of their hard work and dedication to the field of interventional regenerative orthopedic medicine, both Dr. Barrett and Dr. Elinson have earned the title of Fellow of the American Academy/Association of Orthopedic Medicine (FAAOM).

Join us in congratulating AJ and Roman on their achievement!

The next written exam will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at OTX25 - AAOM's Annual Scientific Conference and Workshops - in Vancouver, WA, USA.

The next practical exam will be held in 2025 (planning underway).
